We are pleased to let you know that the new BASIS PROMPT Member Area and the BASIS App have now officially launched and are ready for you to use.

New BASIS App

The BASIS App is available for both iOS and Android devices. To download the App, simply scan the appropriate QR code or click the links below:

  • Existing users: Please update the BASIS App via the App Store by clicking the link below.
  • New users: Please download the App, by scanning the QR code or by following the link.

Make sure you're using the same email address in the BASIS app that you’re checking in your email app. If the app is installed on your phone, open the verification email from the email account on that same device. This helps ensure the verification link works correctly.

New Member Area (Portal)

You can now log in to the new Member Area using the button. To ensure you can access the new BASIS PROMPT Member Area, you will need to register your account before logging in.

Set up access – action required

Step 1 – Register your account

Before logging in for the first time, you will need to register your account. An automated registration email will be sent to you directly from our system. Please complete the short registration form. However, if you have not received this email, please register using the button below.

The new Member Area and App require a unique email address, which will act as your personal identifier across all BASIS systems, if you haven't yet updated this since the last communication, please use the following button.

Step 2 – Log in to the Member Area (Portal)

Once registered, you will receive an email to access the new BASIS PROMPT Member Area and start using all the new features (if you have not received this email, please check your Junk Inbox). 

Step 3 - Check your Data
Please take this opportunity to check your data is correct in the ‘My Details’ tab on your membership page. From here, you can update your personal information or submit a request to change your email address.
